1.INTRODUCTION
IML S.L.U. is committed to providing you with a safe and secure experience when using our platform (“Company”, “us” or “we”).
This Intimate Content Removal Notice ("Notice") applies solely to users located in the United States and the United Kingdom.
This Notice is made in accordance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act, Pub. L. No. 119-12 (the “Act”) (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Congress' website at https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/146/text) and the UK's Crime and Policing Act 2026 (the text may be found on UK's official legislation website at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2026/20/contents).
If you are the individual depicted in the content, or their authorized representative (such as a parent or legal guardian of a minor, or a legal representative acting on behalf of the depicted individual), and believe that intimate visual depictions of that depicted individual have been published, shared, or distributed without their consent, you may submit a notification and request for removal. If the depicted individual is a minor, the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or other authorized representative may request removal of any intimate visual depiction of the minor that has been published, shared, or distributed, regardless of whether consent to its creation or publication is alleged.
This Notice covers both authentic intimate visual content and AI-generated synthetic intimate imagery (including deepfakes) where an identifiable individual is depicted without consent.
For purposes of this Notice, an “intimate visual depiction” means inter alia any visual depiction (including any photograph, film, video, or digital recording) of an identifiable individual who is recognizable by the individual’s face, likeness, or other distinguishing characteristic, or from information displayed in connection with the image, in which: (i) the individual is engaging in sexually explicit conduct; or (ii) the covered body parts of the individual are exposed only if the individual did not voluntarily display the content depicted or consented to the sexual conduct depicted.
2.Response
You may submit a notification and request for removal of an intimate visual depiction using the method described below in Section 3.
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notification, the Company will remove the identified intimate visual depiction and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove any known identical copies of such depiction that are hosted on our platform within forty-eight (48) hours.
Please note that submitting a materially false or fraudulent removal notification may expose you to legal liability. By submitting a notification, you confirm under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate, that the intimate visual depiction identified was published without the consent of the depicted individual, and that you are the depicted individual or are otherwise authorized to act on that individual’s behalf.
3.How to Submit a Removal Request
You may submit a written notification and removal request using the Intimate Content Removal Request Form available on this page.
If you are unable to use the form, you may submit the same information by email to [email protected].
To be valid, the notification must include:
- The full legal name and physical or electronic signature of the depicted individual, or of an authorized person acting on their behalf.
- Identification of the reported intimate visual depiction and information reasonably sufficient for the Company to locate it, including the relevant URL(s) and, where available, the username, profile, content ID, and date and time the content was encountered.
- A brief statement confirming that the depicted individual has a good-faith belief that the reported intimate visual depiction was published without their consent, together with any relevant supporting information.
- Contact information sufficient for the Company to communicate with the depicted individual or their authorized representative.
The request may be submitted by the depicted individual or by an authorized person acting on their behalf. The person submitting the request is not required to have a registered account on the platform.
4. What Happens After I Submit a Removal Request?
We take every removal notification seriously. Upon receiving a valid and complete notification, we will conduct an internal review and, where possible, will remove the identified intimate visual depiction together with any known identical copies within forty-eight (48) hours.
Where content is removed, it will be permanently deleted from our platform. We will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove any known identical copies of the removed depiction.
We may retain limited records of the removal notification for compliance and enforcement purposes, including preventing the re-upload of the same or substantially similar content.
The Company will not take any adverse or retaliatory action against any individual for submitting a good faith removal notification under this Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any person who knowingly submits a materially false or fraudulent notification, including, without limitation, suspension or termination of such person’s account, reduction in content visibility, and any other measures permitted by applicable law.
5. Modifications
Company reserves the right to modify, alter or add to this Notice, and all affected persons should regularly check back to stay current on any such changes.
